We’re now hiring a P.Eng or P.Geo to lead environmental services from our Toronto and London office, with an opportunity to shape projects, mentor staff, and grow your career in a trusted, well-established firm.

As the Environmental Services Lead, you’ll guide a team of specialists and technologists delivering a wide range of consulting services in Southwestern Ontario.

These services include:

• Environmental compliance approvals
• Environmental site assessments (Phase I/II/III)
• Indoor air and ambient air quality investigations
• Remediation planning and oversight
• Soil, groundwater, and drinking water sampling

You’ll take ownership of project delivery, from scoping and proposal writing to QA/QC and client communication.

This role is based in our London office, located near Commissioners Road

E. and Adelade Street S. You’ll travel to local client sites as needed and may occasionally collaborate with colleagues in other offices.

• Supervise and support junior team members
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and scheduling
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met
• Represent THEM at client meetings and industry engagements
• Support long-term client relationships and business growth initiatives

• Strong field and project management experience across ESA, remediation, water, and compliance
• Experience supervising and mentoring team members
• Budget development and financial oversight skills
• Registered P.Eng or P.Geo in Ontario (or transferable)
• Working knowledge of OHSA and environmental legislation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• French language proficiency
• Graduate degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or a related discipline
• Win Log software experience
