GAME Presenter with Chinese

Overview

A Game Presenter opens, maintains, and closes card games, deals cards, and broadcasts live to online players from our studio. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training.

The position is based in Toronto and is organized into three rotating shifts, 24/7.

Showcase your vibrant personality as an ARRISE Game Presenter! Host iconic casino games such as Baccarat and Roulette from our private, state‑of‑the‑art studios, entertaining unlimited virtual players worldwide.

• Conduct live games for online players in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Interact with players in a professional and friendly manner, while providing excellent customer service.
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, announce winning bets, and perform card shuffling.
• Assume Floor Supervisor responsibilities on a rotating basis.
• Handle cards and gaming equipment quickly and accurately.
• Follow strict security procedures and protocols to ensure game integrity.
• Assist players with game rules and answer questions related to winnings or concerns.
• Escalate disputes efficiently and in line with company policies.
• Attend training sessions and stay up to date with new games and industry trends.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Comfortable working on camera during live games.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm, accurate, and discreet.
• Flexible working hours and willingness to work shifts.
• Basic casino games knowledge is an asset.
• Compliance with the gaming licensing directive upon hire.

• Hourly rate starts at $26/h (previously $22/h).
• Night shift premium: +10% per hour.
