Job Title: Audit Manager – Controls & Testing

Duration: 6+ Months (Potential Extension / Conversion)

• Execute audits in accordance with established audit standards, timelines, budgets, and scope
• Perform control design and operating effectiveness testing across audit engagements
• Develop, update, and execute risk-based audit programs
• Identify control gaps, assess root causes, and evaluate risk impact
• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable audit findings and recommendations
• Communicate effectively with business partners throughout planning, fieldwork, and reporting
• Perform follow-up and validation of remediation for audit and regulatory issues
• Monitor emerging regulatory, governance, and risk themes impacting audit scope
• Build strong working relationships across Audit, Risk, Finance, Models, and Treasury teams
• Support divisional and enterprise audit objectives through collaboration and knowledge sharing

• Minimum 3+ years of internal or external audit experience, with a strong focus on controls testing
• Proven experience executing audits end-to-end, including planning, testing, and reporting
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and audit methodology
• Exposure to Models Risk, Finance, Treasury, or related risk functions is a strong asset
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple audits and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with in large, regulated financial institutions preferred
