Registered Massage Therapist

Kinetic Labs is an innovative sports medicine and performance lab located at the Toronto Waterfront. Our mission is to provide insight into human movement by leveraging technology to help prevent injury, enhance performance and optimize health.

Our 2000 sq/ft ground floor facility offers an open gym space, online booking, electronic EMR, linens, laundry, and admin services. Our massage room is equipped with Bluetooth speakers, an iPad, a high-low bed, dimmable lighting, supplies, and a sink.

This position is part-time with the opportunity to expand in the future. Hours are flexible with evenings preferred. Experience/interest in sports injury treatment is an asset. Work with a rock star interdisciplinary team including a sports medicine physician, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. We offer a competitive fee split and mentorship opportunities.

• Registered Massage Therapist licensed in Ontario
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Interest in using a variety of massage styles including sports massage, fascial stretch, and more
• Actively participate in the creation and implementation of new technologies and treatment protocols
• Strong growth mindset and desire to become a leader in your desired area of clinical practice and education
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary group including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and physicians
• Interest in participating in community events, presentations, and outreach activities

As a massage therapist at Kinetic Labs, you'll have a large, well-designed room with top-of-the-line equipment. You will also work in a highly collaborative and engaging environment that includes the following:
