Role ImpactThis role drives meaningful impact by advancing technology‑enabled healthcare and strengthening research funding operations that support better outcomes for people living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). By managing day‑to‑day projects, streamlining processes, and coordinating stakeholders across digital health initiatives and major research grant programs, the position ensures efficient delivery of innovation and research investments. Its support directly enables smoother grant administration, improved collaboration, and the development of digital health solutions that can enhance patient care and accelerate scientific progress.
This is a 9‑month full‑time contract with possibility of extension.
Salary Range for this role is 58,0000–62,000 per annum.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in e‑health, health informatics, health administration, biomedical sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of full‑time (or 2 years of part‑time) experience in project management, business analytics, or program evaluation, preferably in digital health or healthcare settings.
- Experience supporting project coordination or administration, ideally within digital healthcare or program management environments.
- Familiarity with digital health solutions—experience with UI/UX design, testing, and incorporating user feedback to enhance usability and functionality is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of scientific research terminology and processes.
- Background in basic or clinical research and experience with grant management software (e.g., Proposal Central) is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of data‑management tools such as Power
BI. - Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and sound decision‑making capability.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and provide high‑quality customer/client service.
