The ERP Solutions Architect for Net Suite is responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end technical architecture of the Net Suite ERP system. This role ensures that the ERP solution aligns with business processes, meets scalability goals, and integrates seamlessly with external systems. The architect will lead technical solution design, enforce development standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and own the complete technical architecture for Net Suite ERP aligned with business and scalability requirements.
- Develop and customize scripts, workflows, and configurations using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Builder.
- Lead integration architecture and design data flow between Net Suite and external systems (Salesforce, HRIS, E-commerce, BI tools, etc.).
- Define and execute robust data migration strategies ensuring accuracy and integrity between legacy and new systems.
- Establish ERP development standards, perform code reviews, and maintain platform governance and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with functional leads, developers, and vendors to deliver ERP projects on schedule.
- Evaluate and implement new Net Suite modules, features, and enhancements as per evolving business needs.
- 7+ years of experience in ERP technical solution architecture, including at least 3 years specifically with Net Suite ERP.
- Proven experience integrating Net Suite with third-party systems such as Salesforce, HRIS, and E-commerce platforms.
- Hands‑on expertise in data migration using CSV imports, REST APIs, and middleware.
- Solid background in data modeling, workflow automation, and Net Suite custom scripting.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices within Net Suite environments.
- Understanding of role‑based access control, system governance, and Net Suite performance tuning.
- Experience in leading large‑scale ERP transformation projects.
- Knowledge of business process design and ERP best practices across Finance, Supply Chain, and CRM modules.
- Familiarity with Net Suite Suite Analytics and BI integration.
Net Suite Suite Foundation or Suite Cloud Developer Certification (Preferred).
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
