** Power Platform Developer
*** Collaborate with internal team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Platform tools.
* Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Power Apps and Power Automate flows to support various business processes.
* Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and data sources as needed.
* Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
* Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users and business units.
* Stay current with Power Platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
* Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and agile development activities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder).
* Proficient in building Canvas and Model-driven Apps, as well as premium connectors and data integrations.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft 365 services.
* Experience with process automation, workflow design, and business process mapping.
* Familiarity with programming languages
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
* Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem.
