Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Product Manager to join our team successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with Thrive's strategic objectives and customer needs. This role will require a blend of technical expertise and product management experience to drive innovation, scalability, and impactful product offerings. Key ResponsibilitiesThis role will drive alignment between technical capabilities and market demands. By optimizing product performance and delivery, the Technical Product Manager will contribute directly to Thrive's mission of advancing careers and delivering impactful solutions to our customers.
Ideal Candidate- 5+ years of experience in a professional tech environment (preferred but not required).
- Ability to code, ideally in Ruby and/or JavaScript (preferred but not required).
- Experience in building and validating solutions or proofs of concept with minimal support.
- 1-2+ years of product management experience, ideally in technology-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Trello.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development processes.
- Fast-paced, high-trust environment with lots of freedom.
