Dynamics 365 Developer - CAD 100,000 – 130,000 - Ontario, Canada

We’re seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and related Microsoft cloud technologies. You will support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level business solutions, translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating within a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment and has experience customizing, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CE solutions using C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform components.

• Assist functional resources/business analysts with requirements gathering and provide design guidance for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
• Lead workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical requirements and present technical solutions.
• Make application architecture and design decisions to meet client requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals and enterprise context.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout implementation.
• Work as a development lead, demonstrating a wide range of development skills, advocating for standards and best practices, and supporting the development team.
• Provide best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional or technical design documents.
• Respond to Pre‑Sales and technical questions, provide product and technical expertise, and assist in software demonstrations.
• Effectively communicate with clients, lead meetings, present solutions, and capture action items.
• Assist in project planning, estimates, and scope for proposals and statements of work.
• Stay current on Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure cloud technologies.

• 6 years of hands‑on experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM solutions.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or solution architect for Dynamics 365.
• Strong ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements and streamline/automate processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business processes and system requirements with key business users.
• Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

CAD 100,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on experience.

Ontario, Canada – Hybrid role (combination of remote and in‑office work).
