Avanciers is hiring Salesforce Loyalty Management – Lead Designer at Toronto, ON for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a Full Time Role with the client. Benefits will be covered by the Client.

Salesforce Loyalty Management – Lead Designer
Location:
Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days/week Onsite)
Full Time
- Design and implement end-to-end loyalty programs, including tiers, earning/redemption rules, expirations, promotions, and partner integrations.
- Configure solutions across Salesforce Loyalty Management, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud for omni-channel, event-driven engagement.
- Architect real-time integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events with POS, payment, CRM, and partner systems.
- Develop custom features using Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and Omni Studio to support high-volume loyalty operations.
- Build scalable data models and optimize data flows/ETL for transactional earning, redemption, and balance data.
- Create Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM dashboards for loyalty insights such as active members, redemption rates, and breakage.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security compliance (PII, GDPR/CCPA) for robust release management.
- Serve as SME, mentor teams, lead design reviews, and preferably hold Loyalty Management, PD, Architect-level certifications.
