Core .NET Technologies: SQL Server 2012 Development

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical applications built on .NET and Microsoft SQL Server. This role emphasizes incident response, root‑cause analysis, environment maintenance, release support, and continuous operational improvements rather than feature development.

.NET Stack (Support Focus)
Strong understanding of ASP.NET (MVC Core), Web API, Windows services.
Experience reading codelogs to pinpoint issues basic ability to provide hotfix guidance to dev teams.
Familiarity with IIS configuration (app pools, bindings, compression, request limits) and Windows Server basics.

SQL Server Expert Support
Advanced TSQL (queries, joins, temp tables), indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, blocking/deadlock troubleshooting.
Maintenance tasks: index rebuilds/reorg, update stats, job monitoring (SQL Agent), SSIS troubleshooting.
