Senior Service Now Developer – Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid)

As a Senior Service Now Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Identity Access Management (IAM) services within RBC. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and Service Now and is able to work in a dynamic environment with many teams and stakeholders.

The candidate is responsible for implementing technical design, development, and automation of processes within IAM. They apply complete software development knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments. They should have a strong foundation in designing workflows, REST APIs, custom applications, and service portal in Service Now.

• Overall 9+ years of development experience and must have 4+ years as a Service Now developer with strong understanding of the Service Now platform
• Familiarity with REST web services
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of software development practices, concepts and technology

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Experience in Identity Access Management or related Cyber Security field
• Extensive experience in Service Now development, including custom application development, integrations, and automation
• Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS)
