About the team & the role:

Our clients Global Marketing team is looking for a Campaign Manager to create and execute customer-facing Lifecycle & Programmatic Marketing (CRM) campaigns in support of strategic growth areas. The candidate will drive launches across all of owned marketing channels (email, push notifications, homepage, in-app messaging, etc.) and global markets.

This role will require adopting a customer-centric approach while working cross-functionally to develop, implement, and track the performance of recurring, trigger-based & strategic marketing campaigns.

What you will accomplish:

- Build & launch personalized customer experiences for strategic products and features by creating and executing end-to-end lifecycle CRM campaigns, including:

- Development of high-quality creative assets (briefs, feedback rounds), including working cross-functionally with Creative teams (internal/agencies), Legal, Privacy & Customer Service teams

- Supporting audience segmentation and targeting efforts in partnership with the Team Lead, as well as Analytics, Targeting Innovation (TI), and Product Marketing teams

- Ensuring seamless execution & launch of customer-facing campaigns as owner of operational execution, including working cross-functionally with Business Partners, Campaign Planning and Operations Teams - creation, experimentation and deployment of marketing campaigns

- Ownership of campaign reporting, including collecting and providing insights to inform scaling decisions for tests

- Ownership of project timeline, including tracking campaign development & keeping relevant stakeholders informed

- Adopt an innovate-and-iterate mindset to support data-driven hypotheses in creation and iteration of campaigns, including supporting with the designing of A/B tests and ongoing optimization of campaigns based on learnings

- Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies with globally-dispersed team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share-out results

Skill Requirements:

-3-5 years of experience in digital (lifecycle) marketing, preferably within CRM and managing multi-channel campaigns (email, onsite, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc)

- Experience delivering rapid-turnaround campaigns with measurable results tied to viewership, acquisition, and retention (80% execution, 20% strategy)

- Project management experience with strong sense of accountability; notable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to plan and prioritize

- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate challenging conversations in fast-paced, high-visibility programs.

NICE TO HAVES:

Experience supporting Live Commerce or high-frequency event-based programs

Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and reporting dashboards

Background in e-commerce, marketplace environments, or high-growth consumer apps

Exposure to global teams, cross-market coordination, or multi-region launches

Creative briefing experience (working with Creative, Legal, Privacy, and CX teams).

Experience working within Live commerce is a plus!

Past experience or a working understanding of e-commerce, marketplaces, and online retail marketing is required

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with segmentation, audience management, and channel-specific strategy at scale ( + Canada markets preferred).

- Shown success in a fast-paced, matrixed work environment, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving, and highly competitive industry

- College degree required, MBA a plus

- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels, functions and geographies

- Customer-centric and hands-on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIs

- Ability to pivot quickly, reprioritize, and maintain momentum under tight deadlines.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration with globally dispersed teams.

- Ownership mindset with the ability to ideate and pitch new program ideas in a new, rapidly evolving space.

- High attention to detail and accountability for campaign accuracy, timing, and performance.
