Required Skill Sets:
- Provide 24x7 production support for enterprise applications (ECIF, EPM, ERDP/RDM, EAS).
- Monitor and troubleshoot API calls for Online Services.
- Validate and analyze Dynatrace logs for performance and error tracking.
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis using Service Now and JIRA.
- Execute SQL queries and UNIX commands for data validation and issue resolution.
- Support batch jobs using ESP/Autosys and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with development and business teams for problem resolution and enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and fixes.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and organizational standards.
Desired Skill Sets:
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with: IBM MDM, IBM RDM, IBM EPM; DB2, Netezza DB;
Unix Shell Scripting;
Service Now, JIRA; ESP/Autosys for job scheduling; SOAP UI for API testing. - Proficiency in SQL and UNIX commands.
- Experience in Dynatrace log validation and performance monitoring.
Required Skill Sets:
- Java Core - strong core java knowledge
- IBM MDMAE Development - maintain and extend MDMAE functionality
- IBM Web Sphere - general knowledge to inspect / deploy applications
- Knowledge on Webservices and related components
- SQL - use SQL to connect to databases (DB2), use SQL to inspect, define, manipulate tables and data.
- Knowledge on Devops Framework (Git Hub, Ansible), xml and Maven builds
