- 8 to 9 years of experience in Mainframe production support with COBOL/JCL/DB2.
- Proficiency in core mainframe technology areas like DB2, COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS.
- Hands-on experience in production support and resolving technical MF abends.
- Hands-on incident management is mandatory.
