About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to design user-centric digital experiences that are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with business goals. You'll play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our products, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Fig Jam
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders using tools like Jira, Click Up, and Confluence
- Conduct and analyze user testing and research using platforms like Try Mata to inform design decisions
- Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries
- Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms
- Iterate on feedback to continuously improve product usability and aesthetics
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Fig Jam, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Familiarity with Jira, Click Up, Confluence, and user research tools like Try Mate
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
