Department Overview
The Compliance Data Enablement & Transformation (CDET) team supports the effective and sustainable implementation and execution of data enablement for Compliance reporting and oversight on data governance and data management of Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) processes feeding into the Enterprise RCM Framework.
The RCM Framework sets out the structures, processes and key control elements through which Risk Owners and Oversight Functions globally are expected to manage and mitigate regulatory compliance risk inherent in their business or corporate segment activities.
Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting, this role will provide specialized end-to-end data/ business intelligence reporting, technical documentation and testing support to Global Compliance in meeting our regulatory expectations, increasing efficiencies and mitigating compliance, data and operational risks.
· Provide master level end to end BI support, visualization / presentation, and solutions for significant business functions and/or projects/initiatives.
· Produce specialized reporting packages, dashboards and scorecards for businesses, with focus on understanding objectives and delivering insights for: product design and development; customer engagement; account management; and business decision making.
· Accountable for the development, adoption and ongoing evolution of a best-in-class technical and testing documentation.
· Expert level analytical and problem solving skills and fluent in multiple programming languages
· Works autonomously as a senior/lead on a diverse range of tasks and is relied upon to coach/ educate others
· Manages and directs activities related to analysis, design and support of business information management solutions
· Keeps abreast of rapid business and technology innovation within business information management field
· Analyzes, designs, develops data repositories, warehouses and marts, data movement, data wrangling, data mapping and transformation (ETL) processes
· Supports solutions, applications, platforms, and/or tools that are leveraged across all functional groups (e.g., Data Scientists, Business Insights & Analytics, etc.)
· Supports data modeling capabilities in order to structure business data to be consumed / translated into a variety of novel capacities
· Solicits, analyzes, and understands data requirements (i.e., using market research, requirements gathering, feature planning, user experience / design considerations, etc.) to enable development of information management solutions

Data analytics
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) exp with developing workflow tools – with the power platform
Experience with Power Apps, Power Platform (Apps and Automate) or Databricks is an asset.
Education & Experience
· Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree preferred (e.g., math, physics, engineering, finance or computer science) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience or 5-7 years of relevant experience; higher degree education and research tenure can be counted.
