About the Team 💻

At Flinks, Product Operations and PMO work hand-in-hand to bring big ideas to life and deliver them to clients, fast and flawlessly. Product Ops connects the dots between Product, Tech, and Commercial teams, turning strategy into action with a focus on clarity, quality, and continuous improvement.

Under this umbrella, our PMO leads projects and drives client integrations across our suite of products — including Payments — ensuring smooth, efficient onboarding and delivery. Together, we’re the engine that powers innovation at scale.

What You’ll Do 🔥

You’ll lead the end-to-end technical integration process for clients adopting our enterprise Payments products, ensuring smooth execution from onboarding to post-launch. Acting as the primary technical contact, you’ll work closely with clients, commercial teams, and internal tech teams to deliver reliable, scalable payment solutions.

Your role will include:

  • Owning the integration process – defining scope, managing risks, and ensuring timely execution for Payments implementations.
  • Leading client communication – acting as the trusted technical advisor, translating complex payment concepts and APIs into clear, actionable guidance for clients and stakeholders.
  • Driving project execution – collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA to ensure successful deployment of payment integrations.
  • Managing risks – proactively identifying potential roadblocks, including compliance, security, and technical challenges, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring a smooth handover – equipping Relationship Managers and Technical Account Managers with the necessary documentation and insights for ongoing client support.
  • Tracking key metrics – monitoring project timelines, resource allocation, and completion rates, while providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Optimizing workflows – continuously improving integration processes and incorporating client and partner feedback into future enhancements.

  • Technically confident – experienced with fintech integrations, payments processing, or API-based solutions, giving you the ability to navigate complex ecosystems with ease.
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC – familiar with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and working closely with engineering teams.
