We are looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Developer to design, build, customize, and support enterprise CRM solutions. The role involves translating technical specifications into secure, high-performance, tested applications and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop CRM Workflows, Plug-ins, and complex Power Automate flows
- Build and maintain SSRS reports
- Design, code, test, debug, deploy, and support CRM applications
- Troubleshoot production and integration issues
- Support integrations using Azure AD B2C, Okta, OAuth2/OpenID, JWT
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams
- Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
- Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
- Expert in customization of Microsoft Dynamic CRM Power App Customer Service Portal, creating custom pages, utilizing Dynamic forms and views to display on the customer service portal.
- Building SSRS Reports on Dynamic CRM online for on-demand and schedule reporting.
