1.Work on ITSM tools

2.Technical Gap Assessment and Resolution

3.Develop expertise to train staff in new technologies.

4.Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

5.Team leadership activities include mentoring Jr support technicians.

1.Design and provide Solution on People Soft Architecture.

2.Strong expertise on People Tools 8.5x

3.Must have recent hands-On experience with People Tools and PUM upgrades.

4.Strong knowledge of update/change assistant and hands on experience applying People Soft maintenance and application/Tools upgrades and PUM.

5.Setup, configure, and maintain all People Soft application environments and accompanying Ora-cle databases in accordance with industry best practices.

6.Strong hold on Integrations for People Soft Inbound and Outbound Processes.

7.Well versed in Peoplesoft Migration activities.

8.Extensive experience working with People Tools, Application Designer, Integration Broker, Secu-rity, Tree Manager, PS Query, Data Mover, Import Manager, Upgrade and Change Assistant in Peo-pleSoft application.

9.High level Oracle Database Administration & Configuring the Operating Systems to support Peo-pleSoft Oracle databases.

10.

Experience with Windows/Linux/AIX3 OS Server administration.

11.Resolve application related vulnerability findings.

12.Understanding in OS related activities like SFTP connectivity, support application specific tasks during OS/DB patching.

13.Assist application team with infrastructure requirements.
