Our client is looking for an Intermediate Software Developer CRM for a 6 month contract in Toronto.
This is a hybrid role.

Location:
From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home
From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully.
Responsibilities
• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.
Qualifications
Must Have:
• Oracle Siebel CRM testing experience is a must
• 5+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration / development / integration
• 3+ year of development and testing experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM , J2EE and etc
• Experience with Siebel IP18 or later versions with a focus on configuring / developing / testing
• Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
• Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
Nice to have:
•
Experience with Siebel modules such as Public Sector CRM, Contracts, Lead, Management, Partner, Public Sector Partner Portal, Campaign Management, Marketing, Resource Manager, and Public Sector eService would be an asset
• Experience with Transfer Payments would be an asset.
General
Skills:
Experience in programming and analysis; specialized CRM software package support at the specified experience level Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications Experience in the use of object and/or third generation language development tools Experience in one or more programming languages Experience in application design, latest design patters, deployment and troubleshooting
Experience with relational and hierarchical database technologies Experience in the use of information retrieval packages using query languages
Experience with one or more communications protocols Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of applications Experience eliciting and documenting information from diverse business area stakeholders and subject matter experts Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines CRM Software Development Skills Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards and tools
Experience with middleware and gateways Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development
Desirable
Skills:
Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices
