We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing BI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Picton Investments.

This is a hands‑on engineering role focused on delivering high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models. You will partner closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business questions into reliable, scalable insights.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self‑service analytics using BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Translate business requirements into clear metrics, KPIs, and visualizations.
• Ensure BI outputs are accurate, performant, and easy for stakeholders to use.

• Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Write optimized SQL queries for ad‑hoc analysis and production BI assets.
• Partner with data engineering to improve data availability, reliability, and structure.

• Work with teams across Investments, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to understand reporting needs and define KPIs.
• Present insights in a clear, practical manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
