About the role
You are a skilled consultant who thrives at the intersection of transformation, learning, and human experience. You bring consulting fundamentals and experience in Learning, Change & Human Experience or workforce capability development.
Responsibilities
Support Health clients in planning and executing major transformation initiatives.
Develop learning strategies, curricula, materials, and capability‑building programs.
Apply Change & Human Experience methodologies to drive engagement, adoption, and behavior change.
Conduct learning needs assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses.
Support leaders and staff through transitions such as EHR implementations, digital health adoption, workflow changes.
Use digital tools, learning platforms, and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and workforce sentiment.
Collaborate across clinical, operational, technical, and administrative teams.
Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, research, and insights within the Health portfolio.
Engage actively in the Talent & Organization community, sharing best practices.
Qualifications
3+ years of consulting experience focused on Learning, Change & Human Experience or workforce development.
Experience working with healthcare clients (hospitals, health systems, public agencies, payers).
Strong consulting skills: problem solving, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking.
A university degree is required.
English language proficiency (Canadian context).
Bonus points
Experience in three or more of:
Learning Strategy, Instructional Design/ Curriculum Development, Facilitation & Coaching, Change Analytics, Change Tracking & Measurement, Design Thinking, Workforce Capability Building, Agile or Enterprise Change Methods.
Support for transformation programs such as EHR/EMR modernization, clinical workflow changes, and digital health initiatives.
Use digital tools and analytics to drive change adoption and workforce engagement.
Cross‑functional teamwork across business and technology disciplines.

Compensation varies by location, level of experience, and other factors. Full‑time employment requires a base pay range. For example, British Columbia/Ontario base salary range $75,400 to $125,400.
