* Bachelor's required. Master's preferred* **+7 years
** experience of AI/ML product engineering experience with proven track record of complex, production-grade systems
* ** Demonstrated experience leading small engineering teams
** and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers
* Proven ability to drive technical strategy and influence cross-functional stakeholders
* ** Advanced proficiency
** with SQL, Python, Java, AWS, Snowflake, data analytics tools
* ** Expert-level experience
** designing and scaling APIs/Endpoints (Flask, Django, FastAPI)
* ** Deep expertise
** in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML model deployment infrastructure
* Strong experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices
