Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing - B2B & Commercial Cards
Join the Digital Marketing team and play a pivotal strategic role in the growth and transformation of RBC’s Business & Commercial Credit Card portfolio. This role combines leading the B2B/Commercial cards website transformation, campaign execution and web channel management to elevate our B2B cards offerings.

As a strategic partner to product owners, you’ll drive digital innovation, adapt to evolving marketing demands, and deliver measurable results. Exceptional stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, and a growth mindset are critical to success in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

What will you do?

Web Channel & Digital Transformation

Own and optimize the B2B Credit Cards website, driving enhancements (e.g., tools, calculators) and ensuring a seamless, accessible user experience.

Design end‑to‑end user journeys to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.

Lead A/B testing and digital innovation projects to maximize channel performance.

Campaign Execution & Digital Strategy

Lead the digital channel transformation strategy for B2B/Commercial cards including development, planning and launch of a new portfolio‑wide digital experience.

Translate business objectives into impactful digital campaigns tailored for B2B audiences, coordinating builds and providing strategic recommendations on leveraging digital assets and channels.

Champion the creation of engaging content, intuitive tools, and interactive experiences that resonate with credit card customers.

AEO/SEO Strategy & Optimization

Develop and implement AEO/SEO strategies to boost organic visibility for B2B credit cards, focusing on both content and technical optimizations.

Partner with content and technology partners to ensure on‑page/off‑page SEO best practices and AEO alignment.

Collaboration & Communication

Build strong relationships with Digital Marketing, Product, and Marketing teams, becoming a trusted digital SME for credit card initiatives.

Present recommendations and data analysis to stakeholders and executives, effectively communicating the value of digital initiatives.

What do you need to succeed?
Must‑have

Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology.

Digital‑first mindset and work ethic.

7+ years of digital marketing experience.

Experience managing web channels.

Exceptional client, project, and vendor management skills.

Strong collaboration, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.

Experience with content, usability, information architecture, accessibility, and privacy.

Proficiency in Google Analytics.

Experience with an Optimization Platform (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) for A/B testing and personalization.

Technical skills

FTP

Dev/staging/prod environments

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Java Script

Nice‑to‑have

Experience in the financial services industry.

B2B experience a plus.

Ecommerce, marketing, or digital product ownership experience.

Agency experience.

Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools for content creation and design.

Work arrangement
This role requires a 4‑day in‑office presence per week to foster collaboration and teamwork.
