We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Director to lead the management and optimization of our digital advertising initiatives. With 5-8+ years of experience, the ideal candidate will have expertise in managing high-performance campaigns, optimizing budgets, and leveraging advanced tools to enhance key metrics. The successful candidate will also have the ability to analyze performance and implement effective strategies that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROAS
Execute comprehensive conversion rate optimization through systematic A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user behavior tracking to improve landing page performance
Implement and optimize technical SEO strategies, including site structure optimization, schema markup, and content optimization based on search intent
Conduct in-depth performance analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
Develop and maintain tracking systems for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring proper attribution and accurate reporting of KPIs
Lead UI/UX optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior data and implementing improvements to increase conversion rates
Monitor and optimize bidding strategies across all paid channels, including automated bidding implementation and optimization
Create and optimize campaign structure including account organization, keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy testing
Perform regular technical audits of paid campaigns, landing pages, and website performance metrics
Generate comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Required Skills
Advanced Google Ads certification with proven experience in search, display, and shopping campaigns
Meta Ads expertise including campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
Experience with automated bidding strategies and script implementation
Advanced Google Analytics 4 proficiency
Google Tag Manager implementation and debugging
Experience with heat mapping tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
Conversion tracking and attribution modeling
Working knowledge of technical SEO principles
Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic Java Script
Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimize, VWO, or similar)
Statistical significance analysis
User behavior analysis and heatmap interpretation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or related field
5+ years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale paid advertising campaigns
Proven track record of improving ROAS and conversion rates
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach
Experience with bid management platforms and automation tools
Strong understanding of attribution modeling and customer journey analysis
