Evaluate, select, and manage external data vendors and technology partners.

Serve as the go-to advisor for scalable, customer-centric data products across multiple business units.

Prioritize and expand strategic data assets that enable deeper insights and efficiencies.

Lead development of advanced analytics, digital insight capabilities, and unified data experiences.

Accelerate the creation and adoption of reusable data frameworks and platforms.

Deliver High-Value Data Solutions

Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and define future-state data capabilities.

Promote cross-functional data sharing to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Oversee development and delivery of high-impact data products while ensuring compliance with internal, audit, and regulatory standards.

Continuously refine data engineering practices, governance models, and delivery processes.

What you need to succeed

Must-have experience

10+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM analytics, digital analytics, or insights strategy.

Proven strategic leadership with a track record of influencing executives and driving large-scale transformation.

Deep experience with data engineering, analytics, digital delivery, model development, and data governance.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and enterprise portfolios.

Strong capability in change management and complex program leadership.

Nice-to-haves

Knowledge of cloud data ecosystems, AI, ML, or emerging data technologies.

Ability to think creatively and solve ambiguous, complex problems.

Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong strategic mindset and commercial awareness.
