** Key Responsibilities
** Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions
** Must-Have Qualifications
** 5+ years of mgmt. consulting or technology advisory experience (client-facing role)
Demonstrated experience in leading or contributing to full-cycle digital, data, or AI-enabled transformation programs

Experience with roadmap and business case development, solution optioning, and operating model design
** Nice-to-Have Experience
** Industry experience in Financial Services, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Distribution Familiarity with frameworks such as Design Thinking, Agile, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or AI/ML platforms (Data Robot, Azure ML, etc)
