Join to apply for the IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Developer (contract) role at Capgemini.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Developer to join our integration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM ACE, Web Sphere Message Broker (WMB), and IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), with hands‑on experience in developing and maintaining integration solutions. Exposure to cloud containers (Red Hat Open Shift) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, maintain, and migrate integration flows using IBM ACE.
Migrate and enhance existing WMB solutions to ACE.
Deploy ITX maps for data transformation.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
Experience in performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Maintain documentation for integration flows and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in IBM ACE/WMB development.
Strong proficiency in ESQL, message flows, and integration nodes.
Hands‑on experience with IBM ITX (Transformation Extender) and map development.
Exposure to cloud containers (Red Hat Open Shift) and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SOAP, REST, MQ, JMS, and other integration protocols.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
IBM ACE certification.
Experience in cloud‑based integration platforms.
Knowledge of containerization and Dev Ops practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.85/hour – $66.96/hour . Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
