The Information Systems Trading & Compliance Team is present in Vancouver, Gurugram, and now Toronto, supporting our 24-hour business. We value an entrepreneurial spirit and a culture of opportunity.
We are seeking a senior developer with experience in asset management functions, portfolio management, and multi-asset trading (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.), particularly within the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) .

Responsibilities Collaborate with Traders/Portfolio Managers on system setup, enhancements, and issue resolution in areas like modeling and rebalancing.
Assist with trade workflow setup, enhancements, and issues.
Support Portfolio Compliance with pre- and post-trade testing and setup.
Create and modify CRIMS workflow rules, instrument defaults, user setup, and privileges.
Manage CRIMS batch imports, data validation, security, and custom solutions.
Develop custom trade files for custodians and third parties.
Coordinate with various IT teams and raise support tickets as needed.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
Assist with testing CRIMS upgrades and provide on-call support.
Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables and document processes.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
8+ years in technology, with 3+ years on the Charles River platform (version 20R1 or higher).
Knowledge of trading and trade lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely across geographies.
Extensive SQL knowledge.
Experience with C#.NET development.
Preferred:
Front-office Charles River support experience, understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles, mentorship skills, Azure development experience.
