Role: QA Lead
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to oversee testing, automation, and system reliability initiatives. The role involves defining DR testing strategies
, managing test case design and execution
, and building automation frameworks and health-checks
.

Responsibilities:

Define and implement DR testing strategy.

Create, map, and manage test cases.

Develop automation and system health-checks.

Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards.

Lead QA team and report on test results.

Qualifications:

+ years in QA, + years in a lead role.

Strong knowledge of DR testing, automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.), and CI/CD.

Skilled in test case creation and execution.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice to Have: Cloud testing experience, performance testing (JMeter/Load Runner), and domain knowledge in finance/insurance/healthcare.
