SUMMARY

The Programmer Analyst II through the use of technical knowledge of computers and computer languages will identify and solve intermediate programming and technical problems, change production programs in accordance with requested enhancements, and participate in new program development.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Must properly manage client expectations.

Self-motivated and quick learner.

Good knowledge and hands on experience with SQL and PL/SQL.

Good understanding of relational databases especially Oracle.

Hands on experience with the following computer languages and technologies will be an asset:
Oracle Applications Express

(Apex), JDeveloper, MS Access, Crystal Reports, ASP, VBA, VBScript, Web application development (HTML, XML,

JavaScript, XSL, AJAX, JSP, Web-services, Java).

Experience in industrial and commercial property, facility management, operation and accounting knowledge will be a definite asset.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and complete tasks under supervision.

Community college diploma or equivalent training with 3-5

years of relevant experience

Good reading, writing and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and quick learner.

Good knowledge and demonstrated experience with SQL and PL/SQL.

Basic understanding of relational databases especially Oracle.
