Job description Infosys is seeking Skilled and experienced Service Now Technology Lead with deep expertise in Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party system integrations. Hands-on experience across multiple Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM, and will be responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, ON (Canada) or be willing to relocate to the area.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4+ years of Information Technology experience

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in Service Now technical solution design in addition to development

Skilled in Service Now development with Script includes, Business Rules, ACLs, Data and UI policies, Data import activities

Lead and deliver end-to-end Service Now integration solutions using Integrations (REST/SOAP), Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and custom scripts.

Work across multiple Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, HRSD, and ITAM.Gather requirements and translate them into technical designs in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain Integration documentation and interface specifications.

Ensure adherence to Service Now development best practices and coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with minimal business impact.

Participate in customer-facing roles and contribute to technical solution design.

Qualifications:

Service Now Certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS-ITSM.

Experience with Service Now Spokes and custom connector development.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
