Who we need

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy, the Senior Manager, Digital Product Delivery is a key leader on Scene+’s Digital & Member Experience team. In this role, you will bridge strategy and execution—turning business objectives and member insights into clear, actionable digital roadmaps. You will coordinate internal and external delivery teams, ensure strong governance, and oversee execution. Your leadership will help keep Scene+’s digital platforms best-in-class, scalable, and ready for the future, while delivering value for members, partners, and owners alike.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy that is a full-time, hybrid role working three days per week on site in our Toronto office.

Your ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve challenges will directly shape the success of Scene+’s digital ecosystem.

As

our new Senior Manager, Digital Product Delivery, you will:
  • Own and execute. You will be accountable for successfully driving the end‑to‑end execution of Scene+’s multi‑year digital BAU product development roadmap across mobile, web, and integrated partner solutions. You will translate strategic objectives into delivery plans and manage backlog prioritization to balance business goals, partner commitments, and member needs. You will prioritize disciplined execution practices (Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
