Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.Communication and
Collaboration:Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and timely communication.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and QA, to ensure project alignment and progress.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests.Provide regular updates to management on project status, highlighting any issues or risks.Quality Assurance:Support quality assurance activities by coordinating testing schedules and tracking defect resolution.Risk and Issue Management:Identify and document project risks and issues, working with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.Escalate critical issues to management as needed.Continuous Improvement:Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Proven experience in project coordination or management within an IT or software development environment.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and product modeling processes.Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello).Familiarity with programming languages and development frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, .NET) is a plus.Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is highly desirable.Solid understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
