Senior Business Analyst

Downtown Toronto [hybrid schedule in office 2 day a week;
Monday and a floating day]

Role Mandate:
We are seeking a Capital Markets Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Operations, Liquidity, and Collateral Management functions. This role will focus on intraday liquidity monitoring and building requirements to deliver data solutions for Capital Markets Technology. The ideal candidate will have deep product knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience working with Technology and Operations teams.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for liquidity and collateral processes within Capital Markets.

• Identify and map data sources in support of the Intraday Liquidity Monitoring solution.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data specifications and coordinate requirements across multiple systems.

• Work closely with Capital Markets Technology, Architecture and Operations teams to deliver data solutions.

• Engage with STOs and other internal teams to ensure alignment on solutioning and requirements.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops to clarify objectives and resolve issues.

Must-Have

Skills:

• Strong understanding of capital markets operations, liquidity, collateral, and payments.

• Familiarity with corporate treasury processes and technology

• Familiarity with OSFI Regulatory Requirements

• Ability to build clear, actionable requirements and perform detailed analysis.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Data gathering and analysis, UAT testing, data mapping

• Ability to translate data into a compelling story to share with leadership

• Ability to multi task and prioritize
