V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Scrum Master (Remote) for our premier client.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent agile certification.

Education and Experience »

• Proven experience (8+ years) as a Scrum master’s in data engineering or analytics projects.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, Azure Synapse, data modelling.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage client-facing communication with executive stakeholders.

Preferred:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise projects with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on process excellence and operational efficiency.
• Empathetic leadership style that motivates and recognizes team contributions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Coach the team on agile principles, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodology.

Delivery Management:

• Drive timely delivery of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data platform enhancements.
• Track sprint progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Architects, and Client Executives to align priorities.
• Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes in a clear, client-ready manner.

Team Enablement:

• Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Encourage collaboration between data engineers, QA, Dev Ops, and compliance teams.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to enterprise compliance, licensing, and data security standards.
• Support documentation and audit readiness for client-facing deliverables
