Position: Intermediate Project Manager to support a Privacy and Data Governance initiative for OneAccount tool consolidation
Our client is looking for an Intermediate Project Manager – Privacy & Data Governance to support a Privacy and Data Governance initiative for One Account tool consolidation project.
First couple weeks 2x a week – meet the team and understand dynamics….
Once comfortable 1-2x a month but will have to come in if there are fires.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Intermediate Project Manager to support a Privacy and Data Governance initiative for One Account tool consolidation project – all the customer consent into one system The role focuses on executing and tracking a data governance and privacy maturity and policy implementation
, ensuring milestones, governance activities, and reporting remain on track.
The work is delivered using an Agile Scrum model
, partnering closely with privacy, data governance, compliance, and business teams.
Remote-first role with limited onsite presence as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day delivery for a privacy and data governance programExecute and track maturity and policy implementation activities for a single accountFacilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Maintain project plans, backlogs, sprint artifacts, and delivery documentationTrack risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones, escalating when requiredCoordinate cross-functional teams across privacy, data governance, legal, and businessProvide regular status reporting and delivery updatesMust-Have Qualifications
5–8 years of project management experience in enterprise environmentsHands-on experience with privacy and/or data governance initiatives – One AccountStrong working knowledge of Agile ScrumExperience managing delivery for a single complex account or programStrong organizational, tracking, and documentation skillsClear and confident communicator across teams
