Seeking a Project Manager for an innovative new AI initiative. You should have 4-6 years of experience managing technical projects, with a proven track record of delivering on time and within scope. You are organized, communicative, and skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about enabling teams to do their best work.

• Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Define project requirements, scope, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and Dev Ops specialists.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder updates.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Manage project dependencies across multiple work streams and teams.
• Track project progress and produce regular status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure clear communication of expectations and requirements across all project participants.
• Conduct project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.

• 4-6 years of direct experience in project management, preferably with technical or software projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating resources across disciplines.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with resource planning, scheduling, and workload management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based projects and modern development practices.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Experience managing AI/ML or data platform projects.
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements and inclusive design principles.
• Experience with budget management and financial tracking.
• Background in change management or organizational transformation.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
