Salesforce Business Analyst – Salesforce Service Cloud

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver high-quality configurations and enhancements.
- Analyze processes, gather requirements, and document solutions.
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
