Job Description As a member of the Digital Marketing team, you will be assisting in crafting and executing on strategic content projects. You will dive deep into proprietary data on search traffic, website stats, market trends and research on user behaviour. In a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment you will learn to own an initiative from planning to execution.
What will you do?- Gather insights from marketing campaigns to gauge effectiveness and uncover opportunities for experimentation
- Assist in creating AI‑focused tools to optimize workflows
- Conduct in‑depth research on market opportunities
- Support the team in optimizing content effectiveness
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop a holistic strategy
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualizers such as Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight & Tableau
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong handle on Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Curiosity for experimentation and a growth mindset towards learning
- Experience with AI tools for rapid execution
- Foundational knowledge of coding languages such as Python and Java Script
- Familiarity with the financial industry
To be eligible for these student positions you must either:
- Return to school after the work term end‑date; or
- Not return to school (i.e. graduating immediately after the work term) and require the full work term as a mandatory component to graduate successfully
