Lead complex technology programs at the intersection of banking, risk, and regulatory change.
RoleAs a Program Manager within our IT Design, Development & Infrastructure Consulting team, you’ll lead large-scale, multi-workstream technology programs for banking and payments clients. You’ll work closely with technology, finance, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet regulatory expectations while enabling modernisation and growth.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across design, development, and infrastructure domains
- Partner with banking and payments clients to align technology delivery with finance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and control functions to ensure consistent, compliant delivery outcomes
- Manage program governance, financials, risks, issues, and regulatory dependencies with transparency and rigour
- Support continuous improvement across delivery practices, tooling, and risk-aware ways of working
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs within banking and/or payments environments
- Working knowledge of finance, risk, and compliance considerations within regulated financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure, and modern development practices
- Experience operating in consulting or complex, multi-stakeholder delivery environments
- Clear, inclusive communication skills with the ability to engage technical, business, and control stakeholders
- Experience delivering programs involving regulatory change, risk remediation, or control uplift
- Familiarity with cloud transformation, platform modernisation, or core banking initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise risk frameworks or regulatory reporting environments
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models across onshore and offshore teams
- Relevant program, project management, or risk-related certifications
- Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions
