About the role
We're hiring a Senior Front-End Developer who loves crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces and turning complex ideas into seamless user experiences. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our front-end architecture, champion best practices, and mentor others on the team. Responsibilities:
Successfully gather and understand requirements from stakeholders in order to identify gaps and deliver on those objectivesWork closely with Design and Development teams to manage the iterative agile development process for new and existing products; assist in estimating resource needs and timelinesDevelop effective user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX); develop small iterative improvements to user interactionsConduct requirement gathering meetings/research with stakeholders; clarifying requirements and making necessary changes to meet business needsWork on an interdisciplinary team that includes designers and developers to build prototypes and conduct user testingThe desire to attempt best-in-class execution in every projectMentoring Front-End Developers and Design TechnologistsComponentizing and improving our Front-End codebaseEducation and Experience:
Post-secondary education or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of Front-End Development (or related) experienceExperience working closely with designers and developers is a mustSkills:
