Our client is Canada's largest retailer, The Healthcare Pharmacy group is looking for an Intermediate BI Delivery Lead with BI reporting and analytics projects experience to own delivery of a report migration and consolidation project.
Duration: (1-Year Contract)
Location: 2 days/week onsite in Brampton
Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager / BI Delivery Lead to join the PMO and drive a 1-year initiative to migrate approximately patient-record system reports into Microsoft Fabric / Power BI.
The role is 80% delivery/project management and 20% technical
, requiring the ability to translate business outcomes into reporting requirements and guide insight visualization using Power BI.
This person will lead stakeholder engagement, report rationalization, project delivery, and coordination with BI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the report migration and consolidation project within the PMO.Engage stakeholders to understand reporting needs, validate business value, and identify consolidation opportunities across ~ legacy reports.Drive report rationalisation activities (e.g., grouping similar reports, eliminating duplicates, defining what must be rebuilt).Translate business outcomes into clear reporting and insight requirements.Partner with BI and analytics teams to ensure accurate, timely rebuilds in Microsoft Fabric / Power BI.Produce regular project reporting for the PMO, including timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and financials where required.Maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation in line with PMO standards.Support UAT, stakeholder sign-off, and business readiness for new reports.Ensure alignment to data governance standards and consistent reporting logic across the rebuilt suite.Must-Haves:
Proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead on BI, reporting, or analytics initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive report rationalisation.Understanding of reporting and insight development, with the ability to translate business needs into requirements.Familiarity with Power BI (light hands-on for visualisation/requirements).Experience working within a PMO and producing structured project reporting.Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
