Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our dynamic team in Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting and troubleshooting RESTful APIs, with hands-on experience in Mule Soft Anypoint Platform and Mule Soft Studio. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in shifts to cover 6:00 AM IST to 11:30 PM IST.
Required Skills &Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in RESTful API Development Support
- Proficiency with Mule Soft Anypoint Platform and Mule Soft Studio
- Experience with Jenkins pipelines and Nexus
- Expertise in L3 production troubleshooting support
- Service Now experience with Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Hands-on experience with development tools and frameworks such as Dynatrace
- Monitoring and Dashboard creation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of core Java
- Experience working in the Banking Domain
- Fundamentals of Azure
- Mindset to take responsibility and ownership of incidents and act accordingly
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Ping Federate
- Understanding of API Gateway
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC processes
- Experience with Spring Boot
- Provide support and troubleshooting for RESTful APIs
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and maintain dashboards to ensure system performance
