We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and optimize our Software Asset Management (SAM) processes within the Service Now platform. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and governance of software assets across our organization.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Service Now
- Proven expertise in managing Service Now SAM Pro modules
- Strong understanding of software asset lifecycle processes
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with IT, procurement, and business units
- Ability to generate reports and dashboards for software compliance and cost analysis
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for software asset management
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Service Now SAM Pro modules and workflows
- Implement and manage software asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, usage, and retirement
- Monitor license compliance and optimize software usage to reduce costs and risks
