Position: Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement - Tangerine

In this role, you will:

Deliver accurate and timely pipeline reporting and forecasting to provide visibility into sales performance and support strategic decision-making.

Oversee sales technology and tool adoption, including the integration and effective use of AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity and insights.

Collaborate on email campaign strategy, creation, and deployment to drive engagement and conversion across the sales funnel.

Lead workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline operations.

Design and maintain sales dashboards and performance analytics that enable data-driven decisions and actionable insights.

Manage a sales enablement team responsible for training, onboarding, change management, and quality assurance, ensuring the sales organization is equipped for success.

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations - implementation & execution

Demonstrated ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change with momentum.

Strong background in client research and analytics techniques, client strategy, process improvement, human-centered design, and performance management

Track record of analytical, data-driven, and client-centric decision-making skills.

Ability to translate business objectives and strategic investments into actionable plans that positively impact profit and performance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, collaborating across functions and adapting to a rapidly changing organization.

Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels of the organization, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Critical thinker, problem solver

Agile, persuasive, and resilient

Expert in querying database (SQL) and Microsoft Excel Expert
