Prophix is growing rapidly, and we’re expanding our Solution Engineering team within the Partnerships and Alliances organization. This role is essential in strengthening our partner ecosystem through technical expertise and enablement.

As a Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in empowering Prophix’s partners to become confident, self-sufficient experts in our market-leading Financial Performance Platform. Leveraging your strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, and effective communication skills, you’ll impactful product demonstrations, lead enablement initiatives, and provide strategic guidance.

• You will use your knowledge, comprehension, and presentation skills to influence partner actions, provide insightful solution presentations, and ultimately drive our partner ecosystem to be knowledgeable, self-sufficient solution experts.
• Be ready to hit the ground running with your strong technical abilities, critical and creative thinking, and passion for fast-paced problem solving.
• Assist Prophix’s Partnerships and Alliances team as the subject matter expert for Prophix’s Financial Performance Platform solution.
• Use market and technical knowledge in providing direction to our Partners on a broad scale through the delivery of demos, webinars and enablement presentations, so they understand how to achieve their goals & objectives with Prophix’s software and services.
• Support in Partner and Alliances enablement, ensuring our reseller and implementation partners have the tools they need to deliver compelling product demonstrations and run Prophix sales cycles more independently
• Participate in discussions in the areas of Financial Performance Management, Extract Transform and Load (ETL), Databases, and Cloud Architecture – gaining confidence and mindshare within partner accounts and beyond
• Act as the liaison between the Solution Engineering and the Partner organization, ensuring the Partner team (and our partners) remain up to date on product releases, demo assets & product positioning.
• Act as a consultant and advise, bringing the Partners team’s feedback to product management, product marketing and research & development teams for continuous product improvement

• A mix of experience, training, or education that helps you succeed in this role
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in consulting, implementation services, business/systems analyst, pre-sales and/or financial systems experience
• Demonstrated experience designing re-usable processes & solutions (e.g. Excel models, automation scripts, ETL processes, etc.)
• Successful completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Business, or a related field
• Experience in analyzing and/or manipulating large data sets
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technology, its benefits, and how it can be leveraged to achieve business goals & objectives.
• Able to clearly articulate concepts and business benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Gather and understand business requirements, current challenges and propose solutions.
• Natural presenter with great interpersonal skills and comfortable in the spotlight.
• You have a thirst for knowledge and enjoy researching and uncovering solutions to problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
