Insight Global is supporting a leading Canadian bank in hiring a Business Systems Analyst to join their Digital Technology Team within Wealth and Asset Management. Skills and Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Consultant within financial services (capital markets, wealth management, asset management, or investment operations).
  • Strong understanding of advisor onboarding processes and digital client engagement strategies.
  • Experience with Smart Forms and digitized onboarding design and implementation, including data validation and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with proprietary digital technology environments and secure authentication practices.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with e-signature platforms and digital document management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for advisor onboarding in Canadian financial services.
  • Familiarity with API integrations for digital onboarding solutions.
