Detailed job description - Skill Set:

• Proven 5+ years experience in Agiloft
• Senior resource with at least 8+ yrs of experience in CLM domain
• Solid understanding of contract management, workflow automation and document management processes
• Should have developer experience (designing, customizing, solutioning) in Agiloft
• Work closely with business analysts, legal stakeholders and IT teams to translate business requirements into technical configurations
• Experience in integrations with third party tools via REST APIs
• Should be able to drive the transformation from Legacy CLM to new CLM product Agiloft
